Our Facility
UKCOOFED takes great pride in its cutting-edge processing facilities, which have been generously funded by the Government of Karnataka. These facilities are specifically designed to benefit the farmers’ associations engaged in organic farming practices. By providing state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure, we aim to uplift the organic farming community and ensure the prosperity of our dedicated farmers.
Spice Cleaning Machinery
Through the government’s support, we have been able to install advanced spice cleaning machinery capable of processing 1 metric ton per hour. This technology enables our farmers to obtain fair prices for their cleaned spices, while significantly reducing labor costs compared to manual cleaning methods.
Virgin Coconut Oil Unit
With the backing of the government, we have established a pioneering Virgin Coconut Oil Unit. This facility, the first of its kind in our district, allows us to produce high-quality oil from undried raw coconuts. By empowering coconut farmers in our region, this unit has helped them receive fair prices for their coconuts, ensuring a sustainable livelihood.

Thanks to the support from the government, we have set up a dedicated turmeric & other spice pulverizing unit at the APMC yard in Sirsi, Karnataka. This facility provides our member farmers with a cost-effective solution to convert their products into premium-quality powdered form, adding value to their produce and facilitating better market opportunities.
